Lal Paharir Deshe Ja (''You belong to the land of red hills'') is a Bengali folk music based on a poem written by Arun Chakraborty in 1970s.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.openthemagazine.com/article/cinema/the-biography-of-a-song )〕 It was set to tune in 1976 by Subhas Chakrabarty, and has since become a popular song with various interpretations sung by different artists, from folk singers to Urban music artists.
